ANDIP the CORK MODERATOR & CHATROOM OVERSEER on BOARDS.IE.

The morons can’t even manage a chatroom without showing their extreme stupidity
Boards.ie promote arseholes.
A Cork male – who calls himself Andip on Boards.ie where he’s a Moderator – has gained a certain amount of nortoriety in the psychiatric and psychology fields. He’s also helped shine a light on Ireland’s educational system and the Irish mindset. A few years ago, while abroad, this chap, due to his unpleasant personality and crude intelligence, became the subject of research by a team of psychologists.

He had emigrated from Ireland and had been lucky enough to have gained a probationary IT-oriented clerical position in a neighbouring country. He quite soon, though, showed himself to be incapable of coping with a routine clerical workload; but not only that, his aggressive personality, underhandedness and bullying tendencies marked him as highly unsavoury, and brought him to the attention of a regional manager.

The company that employed him ran a very tight ship, used modern methods in attaining the optimum productivity from their staff, and were always keen to improve profitability and their workforce’s quality of life. Andip’s1 incompetence2 – while catching the attention of his managers – wasn’t what gave him his 15-minutes of psychological fame, instead, it was his debilitating effect on fellow employees. While with this firm he caused the overall productiveness of his co-workers to fall dramatically and it was this that resulted in him becoming the centre of a psychological report. One psychology student3 who was on the research team even made him the subject of her treatise.

A psychologist and a number of 4th year students spent some time analysing Andip’s relationship with his work colleagues and managers. What they found was that Andip not only had a pernicious effect on those workmates in his immediate vicinity, but that he damaged other employees in ever increasing circles. One surprising result of the research was that the company had greatly underestimated how much this Irish man’s idiocy was costing them.

Basically, Andip had a sense of grandeur and an unbelievable – and highly unmerited – belief in his own abilities. He also had a complete incapability to recognise any of his many failures let alone learn from his mistakes. What was worse than all this, though, is that he had a very pernicious and negative effect on his co-workers. He was underhanded and sly in his attempts to bully and very quick to report, what he perceived as, other’s shortcomings to his superiors – Andip displayed many of the traits more usually associated with a megalomaniac or a psychopath.

He was completely incapable workwise and socially inept. He probably had an inkling of this subconsciously; and by blocking out his inadequacy and seeing imagined failings in his co-workers he was, in his own fatuous way, trying to level the playing field. The only way that Andip could ever equal his ephemeral foreign co-workers would be to drag them down to his own level, and he tried his very best to do just that.

Andip claims to be involved in
management in Cork airport.

This is where Andip and a lot of his compatriots fall-down when they seek and attain employment outside of Ireland. Ireland’s custom of grade-inflation has given the typical emigrant from south-west Ireland an enormous sense of self-importance. They’re similar to the village idiot who wins a lottery jackpot and immediately assumes his new found riches puts him on par with his community’s upper crust – he thinks money automatically makes him one of the intelligentsia. It results in him showing his idiocy and naiveity by trying to ingratiate himself into the company of those who aren’t able to abide his fatuity. Soon though, like Andip abroad, he’ll be made aware that he isn’t wanted, that he has nothing in common with those who made their money by utilising their wit, and he’ll drift back to whence he came4.

And this is basically what happens when you give an Oirish idiot a grade-inflated certificate that falsely shows them to have a worth-while educational qualification – the Cork morons seem to think that once it’s wrote on official paper it somehow magically transfers into their heads.

It took a while for man to use his
brain and flowers instead of a club.
Another belief that lets the Corkonians down when abroad is that in south-west Ireland bullies aren’t seen as the pernicious animals they are, instead, they’re viewed as go-getters. This belief is ubiquitous across rural Ireland and has its roots in its tribesman mentality. Earliest man survived and passed on his genes based more on physical strength then on mental ability. Stoneage man didn’t call round to his girlfriend’s cave with a bunch of roses, rather, he visited her with a club ready to burst the skull of any rival that might be lurking about, and perhaps her’s too if she wasn’t stripped and on her back quickly enough – just as male animals today, during mating season, fight like demons for the chance to sire offspring.

Andip and the majority of natives in south-west and western Ireland still retain the hunter-gatherers’ mental programming; they don’t just condone the bully’s behaviour, they actually encourage it. The unfortunate thing for Cork people is that this mode of thinking is still being passed down from parent to child and being advocated in places of employment right across south-west Ireland. There’s no point in asking what advantages these natives assume to see in aggressive and Neanderthal behaviour other than to say that Ireland today is broke; and that it’s been that way ever since independence in 1922 – no doubt Éire’s penury results from its people’s stupid and unevolved mental processes.
This is a very typical Cork halfwit.
The psychology student who based her treatise on Andip has since qualified and it was through her that I got to know some of Andip’s history and his position on Boards.ie. His postings and method of management on this Irish chat-forum shines a light on his own extreme mental debauchery and also on Cork’s very susceptible citizenry. It seems that Andip’s traits of bullying, incompetence and being authoritative are with him for life – his short-lived job abroad, and his experience of being ostracised, didn’t teach him anything.
A scan through Andip’s interaction with clients on Boards.ie show that the Neanderthal mindset is still very predominant in Ireland’s second city (Cork) and south-west Ireland generally. The patronising guff and belittlement5 that users of this chat-forum take from Andip is quite astonishing. If any other Internet chatroom, anywhere on the planet, had a moderator as stupid, condescending, aggressive and belittling as Andip the vast majority of users would have their accounts closed in a matter of weeks. In rural Ireland, though, the witless morons take it without any objection whatsoever.
Below are seven screenshots which show Andip’s arrogance, bullying and belittlement, and how the users of Boards.ie accept it without question:
1
Andip’s sets forth his hierarchical status within Cork society.

Andip claims to have a managerial position in Cork airport and this is him showing his underlings on Boards.ie his stratified status. Note how he starts of with, “I’m privy to a lot [but] …  can’t say much,” and then goes on to stagger them with his insider information and his estimation of how Cork airport could be elevated back to a First World norm.
His lets himself down badly towards the finish, though, by using the uneducated teenage mode of expression, “… and......if the …”. Putting a number of periods in the middle of a sentence is mostly the done thing for uneducated teenagers and young adults; it’s a rebellion against teachers, schooling and grammar. A grumpy teenager’s way of stamping his signature on his society’s language. Andip isn’t using it, though, to be nonconformist; he probably thinks the use of a series of full stops in the middle of a sentence is a modern and fashionable form of interlocution.
When you see a series of periods like this in a comment or piece of writing you can be sure the author suffers from a dizzying lack of mental acumen.

This image shows Andip letting Boards.ie’s interactors know who’s boss.

Can you believe the absolute fatuity of Andid? Dannyboy83 and Carnacalla are discussing Cork airport’s demise and debating how best to improve its fortunes. Then Andip butts in and berates them for arguing and matronly informs them to “read the rules”. And again he uses a series of full stops in the middle of a sentence.
What’s the point of this Oirish chatroom if users can’t interact and debate or argue about issues that concern them?
What’s happening here is that Andip is annoyed because he believes Dannyboy83 is presenting a rational and grammatical argument. Andip senses that Dannyboy83 is cerebrally ahead of him and – like he attempted with his far more intelligent co-workers while in foreign employment – he wants to drag him down. And what a childish way he has of doing it – amazingly, though, this type of idiocy would qualify Andip for managerial roles in places where they love bullies, such as Cork.
3
In this screenshot Andip shows his irrational personality.

Seemingly Boards.ie doesn’t allow humour or satirical remarks. Sh1tbag OToole, who has made 1,654 posts on this chatroom, makes a harmless quip and Andip immediately shoots him down. Andip will spend his whole life lashing out at people; some like Dannyboy83 he’ll resent because they’re smarter than him, and others, like Sh1tbag OToole because he views them as being beneath him. And all the while it’s himself who is totally dysfunctional.

Andip only contenances highbrow chat on Boards.ie.

On this Boards.ie thread a chap made enquiries about where he might purchase reasonably priced car tyres. In a world of austerity, and especially in bankrupt Ireland, this was a very reasonable question. It ended with Kevin.downey seeking information about getting his car’s steering aligned or “tracked”. This is the raison d'etre of chat-forums, people seeking advice about services they need and where they might find value for money.
But for Andip talk about car tyres and wheel alignment isn’t highbrow and, using the word Zombie to denote a thread that doesn’t meet his high expectations, he shut it down.
5
Andip finds that lots of users don’t make the grade.

This one shows where a person made enquiry about German language courses. And, naturally, such nonintellectual chit-chat vexed Andip so, using his term Zombie again, he immediately closed it. Andip takes every opportunity given to prove he’s an absolute arsehole and if you were to live in Cork city this is the type of prick you’d be dealing with 24/7.
6
This image shows Andip’s father might have been a baboon.

This thread was where a user made enquiry about a company’s drug policy, and its method of testing employees and new recruits for the use of illegal substances. No endorsement or advocation is given by commenters for the use of illegal pharmaceuticals, or any enquiry made into how a drug test result might be faked. Nevertheless, Andip comes along and affirms that Boards.ie doesn’t “condone the use of drugs” or entertain threads about avoiding drug tests. This Cork man has the thought processes of an orang-utan, a complete and utter arsehole.
7
Andip never misses a chance to prove he’s an arsehole.

This clip shows what a complete and inane fool Andip actually is. Ralf and Florian asks, “are you this guy by any chance,” which brings forth the moderator’s wrath. And, unbelievably, he describes it as being “very close to a personal comment” – has Andip enrolled in the thought police, can you believe this fatuous bullshit? He then goes on to describe it as being an “odious thread” which is just the same as saying the thread’s instigator and all its commenters are lowlifes. He then threatens Ralf and Florian with an “infraction” and doesn’t miss his chance to publicly state that this user has a “collection” of them.
Personality-wise Cork people are generally way below orang-utans.
What quickly becomes clear after a quick scan through Andip’s postings and interactions on Boards.ie is that he’s the most odious bastard it has to offer. But Andip is an arsehole and he’s just doing what seriously stupid people do. What gets my goat is that the users of Boards.ie take this utter shit from him, and that the managers of this Oirish website would tolorate him as a moderator.
If you google an Irish name anywhere in the world there’s a good chance Boards.ie will pop up in the SERPs. And prospective employers enter applicants names into search engines all the time, to research not only them but the community they’re from, to see what their peers and compatriots might be like. Boards.ie need to dump arseholes like Andip because it’s about time the Irish had a little pride in themselves; it’s long overdue for them to stop being the world’s village idiots. Ireland and the Irish have enough stupidity to their names without enabling halfwitted pricks like Andip to burden it with even more – join the Internet Age you aresholes, and leave morons like Andip to troll the comment’s sections of low-end tabloids or pornographic websites.
Alas, though, that won’t happen. Halfwitted morons, like Andip, will remained revered in Pict Ireland. It’s as if the Oirish have a suicidal-type gene that they project onto their country and businesses and institutions therein; instead of this gene making them do-away with themselves it forces them to destroy everything that might lift them out of penury. This genetic characteristic might also be responsible for giving them their global association with jesterism where the word “Irish” is just as likely to be used to describe an act of stupidity as to describe a nationality.
Advice for Andip: Because of the atrocious way you treat people on Boards.ie you should be more circumspect about the information you reveal thereon. It’s very stupid to bully, insult and abuse people and then reveal where your “kid” goes to school and where your “wife” intends opening a business – though, I’d guess, if she has your level of intelligence she won’t be running a business for very long. But don’t feel bad about having this pointed out because, as above screenshots show, you’re an arsehole and people of your ilk can’t help but do stupid acts. It’s the management of Boards.ie who is really responsible, they should have more sense than to let a moron like you loose on their website to run down your peers and your country – and endanger yourself.

1Unfortunately, I’m not a liberty to reveal Andip’s given name or the name of the company that employed him for a short time. The company would be very unhappy if it became public that they submitted an employee for psychology research without his permission or knowledge. But, even so, I do believe that this type of research on unsuspecting employees isn’t extremely uncommon.
2An inadequacy that didn’t mirror his educational qualifications.
3She has long since qualified as a psychologist and now, along with private work, lectures in that discipline. Professionally-wise she found this blog – and Blackdwarf’s Ireland – interesting, and it was because of this that I came to know her.
4If he’s a non-Irish village idiot he’ll come to terms with his disability, swallow his pride, and get on with life in the slow lane. But if he’s a Cork idiot he’ll resent his ostracisation and get revenge by finding and bullying those who are mentally and psychically weaker.
5Andip spent a short time as an online cooking expert. Using the avatar Chez Andi he blogged recipes that he clearly copied from other websites. Here is Chez Andip’s formula for Mackerel Pate which is not much different from Jamie Oliver’s recipe. Boards.ie’s moderators are seemingly addicted to plagiarising cookery websites and posting the recipes as their own, as Faith, another Boards.ie regular, has previously done.

  1. Very flattered to be seen as an overseer ! Gosh

As they say no publicly is bad publicity and since your totally inaccurate post, the hits on my website ( mackerel pate - mackerel, cream not exactly Jamie & do you really class Jamie as a chef !!!!!) anyway, dream away. Hits on my website have gone bananas since your post so thanks.

I'm slightly confused that your researcher pinpointed me as a failed emigrant....( I know you hate dots) but I was of the opinion that to have emigrated you had to be native. I'm not an Irish citizen so not sure how I could have emigrated .......................get your money back Blackdwarf as she sent duff info.

Apart from that, I know you try for easy targets, trawling online for what you can get but I'm not running to the Gardai, I'm replying,........hello ( sorry for the dots),

    1. “Hits on my website have gone bananas since your post so thanks.” You’re most welcome. I’ve even upped the hits on the IrishExaminer.com – a blogger can outdo Cork’s foremost news-site! Of course you’re probably too dumb to realise that by crowing about your “hits gone bananas” you’re essentially letting people know how massively popular my blog is. (I notice your Google+ homepage is completely devoid of statistics; I’ve visited twice so now you can crow about it having two hits.)

“I'm not an Irish citizen so not sure how I could have emigrated …” No, you’re not really Irish, rather you are a backward inane Pict.

“I know you try for easy targets …”. You Pict Paddies couldn’t be easier. Anyone who wants to get a handle on you thickos in Cork need only enter one of your nouns in a search engine and something derogatory will be in the SERPs’ top ten – in a lot of cases it’ll be one of my posts.

    2. I forgot to mention the high number of visits that's coming to my blog from Boards.ie. You'll have to get on your bike and close down them threads!

  2. I would avoid boards.ie in general. Not somewhere to go if you are looking for genuine advice. The site is full of trolls and bullies. Extreme and unfair moderating based on moderators own personal bias. No regard for the sites own rules, terms and conditions. Unacceptable experience unreasonable and rude conduct. Very disheartening.Dont give people like that the time of day
